We have been working with Foursight for almost two years having brought them in initially to support the construction of a modelling tool to support a bid for a 10 year contract. This was later developed into our business planning model which helped the Board to plan accurately for win/loss scenarios, and to focus in on financial performance at a disaggregated divisional level. From the outset I was impressed with Foursight’s technical knowledge, ability to pick up things quickly and ease at forming relationships with colleagues across the business. They worked effectively with a range of stakeholders including executive and board members. All members of the Foursight team were instantly credible, very able to work independently and to sensitively but effectively challenge the status quo in order to achieve a high quality result. The output delivered would not have been possible with the existing skills and capacity in the substantive team, and the Foursight team brought new ideas and a refreshed rigour to our approach. Whilst keeping closely to and delivering their primary remit all members of the Foursight team were proactive at identifying wider areas for development, helping to raise the standard and improve financial processes and culture across the team.

Foursight helped us to develop a customer profitability model and with our month end reporting in a key area. Matt was an excellent representative for the organisation and provided excellent output but was also a pleasure to have as part of the team.
